My name is Gabby Santos and I am the Secretary of Student Affairs. Under this position I oversee the Public Safety Chair, IT Chair, Dining Chair, Alumni Chair, Facilities Chair, Athletics Chair, Recreations Chair, and Residence Life Chair. With this being said, I am here to support all student activities and better the student experience as a whole whether that be getting printers in the Residence Halls or getting feedback from students about Campion or Public Safety. I feel very passionate about the student experience as I am a Head Resident Assistant at Ashwood and the Morris Quad Townhouses, a Service Scholar through the Faith Justice Institute, a member of Hawk Hill Productions and of course a Student Senator. I am excited to get started and start hearing student feedback!

My name is Maryjane Okonji and I am the Secretary of Inclusion and Diversity on the University Student Senate. I’m a junior from Silver Spring, Maryland majoring in psychology on a Pre-Med track. My role on Senate is to make Saint Joseph’s University a more inclusive and diverse campus. To accomplish this goal, I will revisit the curriculum, hold more opportunities for open dialogue, and provide more activities for the campus community, with an emphasis on engagement between students of different class years.
Hello! My name is Emily Noone. I am a sophomore at Saint Joseph’s University from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I am a Food Marketing major with a minor in Leadership, Ethics, and Organizational Sustainability. At Saint Joseph’s University, I am involved in Alpha Phi, I am a tour guide or a “Hawk Host”, I am also on the Club Soccer and Lacrosse team. I am also a part of the 21st University Student Senate and have been since my freshman year. I am a senator, at the moment, but will be taking over for Speaker Bulter in the spring semester. As a senator, I am able to report back about my chair position, in which I oversee something on campus. Last year, I was a chair reporter for O’Pake Recreation Center. As I continue, I will be a speaker as well. As a speaker, I will be able to formally conduct meetings, send out agendas and things needed from the Senate as a whole. I look forward to being able to report for the student body, while formally conducting meetings and helping my Student Senate.
